Description

Join our quality team at CHP, where you will make a meaningful impact ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance across our health center operations. As a Data Integrity Manager, you will work with research institutions, our quality team and lead quality initiatives developing unimplemented techniques, analyzing applications to transform raw data into meaningful information utilizing data-oriented programming languages and software. You will support leadership and corporate partners with meaning data in research, for strategic decision making and working cross-functionally to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, conducting risk assessments, leading investigations, managing EMRs data, and ensuring adherence to federal regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in preparation of the Data Integrity (DI) and leadership Team meetings.
  • Assist with providing metrics to the Medical Director on quality measures to include cleaning and pulling data from UDS portals, supporting University Researchers, Grantors, Auditors, and Leadership needs.
  • Support and lead Data Integrity initiatives across the organization to maintain and proactively improve the data integrity culture.
  • Coordinate and track the Data Integrity Remediation Plan to ensure deliverables are on target and executed as committed within the organization.
  • Provide support on the development of Data Integrity awareness training and compliance with data integrity regulations.
  • Create/update procedures and measures quarterly to ensure operations awareness, timely documentation, reporting and importance of regulatory requirements (e.g., UDS reporting) are met.
  • Collaborate on projects to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
  • Present DI Metrics to Site leadership monthly. Assist in data integrity risk assessments.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Active member in meetings with cross-functional groups within the site and network to discuss data integrity from both a technical and cultural perspective.
  • Responsible for ensuring operations operate under applicable regulatory policies for documentation and clinical data integrity regulations/guidelines as well as striving for continuous improvement.
  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective manners.
  • Leads processes, projects, and initiatives critical to the success of the Data Integrity program.
  • Interacts and networks with key contacts and university researchers approved by the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Programming, Computer Science, engineering or relevant field, MSc/MA will be plus or related.
  • Microsoft Window certificates highly desirable
  • At least 2 -5 years of experience in quality assurance and dynamic data management, experience in clinical quality measured, health information data management
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis
  • Data integrity and computer system validation experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records Systems).
  • Proficiency with quality management systems and standard office software
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
